Iraq: Car Bomb Blasts Kill 10, Wound Dozens In Hilla

BAGHDAD, June 13 (Reuters) - At least 10 people were killed and 32 were wounded when two car bombs exploded near a restaurant in the southern Iraqi city of Hilla, police said on Wednesday.
